About the event

Legislators make decisions every day that either help or hinder access to SUD prevention, treatment, and recovery services. When legislators do not fully understand these critical services, they can make it more difficult to offer these supports in your community. If advocates do not speak up, then legislators may make decisions without fully understanding how their choices may affect their constituents.
